Welcome to the

RESTAURANTE I PERUVIÀ

“Our mission: to introduce Peruvian culinary culture to Brescians and beyond.”

After our success through home deliveries and thanks to the encouragement of many customers, we decided to open the first Peruvian restaurant in Brescia. Located near the historic center, at our place you can taste the most typical of Peruvian dishes and enjoy characteristic Pisco drinks. Ours is a family-run business: we put our hearts into everything we do and as a family we try to extend family warmth even in welcoming customers.

Restaurant

Menu

Peru offers a wide variety of foods year-round due to its biodiversity. Each region has different climatic conditions and countless products: the Andes and the highlands provide the basis of the Peruvian diet, such as corn, potatoes, cassava, quinoa, etc., while the Amazon rainforest provides us with a myriad of typical and unique products such as cocoa, coffee, and tropical fruits.

The north coast offers seafood, while the south coast is ideal for the cultivation of grapes, essential for the production of Pisco. Our cuisine is also the fusion and gastronomic exchange between foreign immigrants and native Peruvians that is still evolving and that we can see for example in Arroz Chaufa, a dish with native products but with Chinese technique.

Pisco

Specialties

We have a wide variety of cocktails created by our team of bartenders. Most of them are based on our emblematic distillate, Pisco, which accompanied by lime, sugar syrup, egg white, and a drop of Angostura gives birth to the Pisco Sour, the most drunk drink in Peru.

We offer typical non-alcoholic drinks such as Chicha Morada, which is the pressing of purple corn kernels, or Inca Kola, a yellow-colored carbonated drink popular in Peru. Finally after your meal you can enjoy our bitter: the Pischetto; a pisco macerate flavored with muña (Peruvian herb), tumbo (Peruvian fruit), maca (Peruvian root) and purple corn.
